How Do I Place an Order?

Here’s a step-by-step look at the checkout process.
1. Check your shopping cart. Check over the items listed in your shopping cart. You have the option of adding or deleting the items listed by changing the item quantity and clicking Update. Once all of the items you wish to purchase are listed in your shopping cart, you’re ready to begin the checkout process.
2. Visit Ship, Bill and Pay screen. Make sure you’re logged in to your account. If you’re not, you will be prompted to log in before continuing to the Ship, Bill and Pay screen. If you don’t have an account with Khammouane Shop, you may create an account and still continue to check out. If you’re creating a new account, make sure your shipping and billing addresses match the billing address of your Payment. From this screen, you can verify and edit all of your shipping, billing and payment information, including Shipping address shipping carrier shipping notesBilling addressPayment type additional order information and any custom checkout fields your collection may also view the contents of your cart and a preliminary total cost (without tax). Clicking Review Order will take you to the Order Review page.
3. Review your order. You will now see a display of your order information and your complete cost, including shipping. Please look over all of the information as this is what will be submitted to, and used by. Clicking Place order will submit your order to Khammouane Shop and take you to your Order Receipt page.
4. Get your receipt. You will see a display of the information submitted. This is your online receipt. On this page, you can view a printable version and email the information. A copy of this information will be emailed to the email address that was given for your account.

Do I Need An Account To Place Order?

How do I get coupons or discounts?

Coupons or Discounts Deal is available by Event, Special Day and Festival Time, on Promotion Page, Home Page with Champagne by Event, Subscriber by mail alert, Apps Notification and also on any Social Platforms like Facebook

How do I use a coupon or discount?

When you place your order, you can use your coupon or get a discount. Here’s how:

1. Make sure you know when you can use the coupon. 
Go to My Coupons to see which coupons have been added to your account.

When using your coupons, please pay attention to the following:
a. The minimum spends
b. The validity period
c. The coupon rules

Seller discounts are given automatically. To see how much you need to spend to get the discount, just check the dropdown menu in the orange section

2. Place your order
Found something you want to buy? Click Buy Now or Add to cart to place your order.

3. Use the coupon when you confirm your order
You will then be taken to the Order Confirmation page, where you need to confirm your order and use your coupon.

Available discounts and coupons are shown automatically.

If you have more than one coupon which can be used on the same order, you can select the one you want to use by clicking ‘Apply Seller Coupon’ or ‘Apply Khammouane Shop Coupon’.
The order total will be updated, showing you the final price and how much you have saved.

Sometimes, it looks like no coupons are available. In this case, you can check the following:
1. Are you meeting the minimum spending requirement? If not, you could choose add more products to your cart.
2. Is your coupon still valid? If the coupon has already expired or isn’t active yet, you can’t use it on your order.

I cannot use a coupon or get discount. What can I do?

When using your coupons, please pay attention to the following:

Why is the payment method I want to use not available?

During Anniversary Sale, a large amount of payments are being processed at the same time. Some online payment providers may experience an overload and temporarily take their service offline. We suggest that you use another payment method to place your order or wait and try again later.

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Currently, suppliers can choose from the following express shipping options: Air Parcel,
Post Office, Local Transport Service, Pick up by supplier, etc.
Since the shipping methods are set up by the suppliers, you are advised to directly contact the supplier for more shipping information. To contact the supplier, you may go to the product detail page or shop and click Contact Now to send a message.

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order by going to the page Track Your Order.  then enter your Order ID in the box below and press the “Track” button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email, you should have received it.

Why is my payment being verified again while the payment has already been confirmed?

We normally do another round of internal verification to ensure payment safety. This normally takes no longer than 24 hours.

Successful verification > the status of the orders will be changed to ‘Awaiting Shipment’.

Unsuccessfulverification > order status will be changed to ‘Closed’.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

The time for shipping your package is set by supplier or distance of products, with the international shipping it can be delayed by the day off working or festival day.  So you can check before making the order. The local Products are always complete by 1-5 days, and the international Products are during 15 – 30 days shipment, Some is over a month.

Can I cancel my order if the order status says: Payment being verified..?

Yes, you can cancel your order at that time by going to your order account then click cancel and You can contact us if you’ve got some problem
